• Order status
  1. Seller (e.g. Silvexcraft.de) and a customer agrees that confirmation and details of purchase may be fixed by e-mail or phone.
  2. Goods purchased at Silvexcraft.de online shop are delivered by Standard Mail, UPS or any other courier service. The order is dispatched by delivery method chosen by a customer when placing an order, shipping cost is calculated individually for each order. It's dependent on the place of delivery, weight and customer's choice of a delivery method.
  3. Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday).
  4. Seller (i.e. Silvexcraft.de) and a customer agree that it is possible to change delivery method after mutual agreement.
  5. Sender shall incur responsibility for possible loss or losses resulting from the lack of delivery (parcels get damaged or lost) due to Shipper's or Post fault. However, that includes the maximum value equal to the products' worth and delivery costs.
  6. Limitation of liability. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which are connected with our products or information published on our website. By losses we understand secondary, accidental, indirect, particular, penal or economical (loss of income, profits, gains, loss of clients or business transactions or planned savings) damage, even though we are informed about the possibility of their occurrence. The customer confirms and accepts the fact that the aforementioned rules shall be applicable under every condition, even if proper compensation for damages does not indemnify for the loss suffered by our client. Silvexcraft Deutschland - www.silvexcraft.de company shall restrict its total liability to the sum which equals 100% of payment done by the client for the products purchased from our company.
  7. Customer shall be responsible for checking if the parcel has any flaws, faults, signs of parcel being opened or damages that may have occurred during transportation. A complaint protocol written by the employee of the shipping/courier company is necessary for considering the complaint.
  8. Should there be any faults or discrepancies between the content of the parcel and the order the Customer shall be entitled to submit a complaint within 14 days from the delivery date.
     Unfortunately we cannot except any returns on any custom made products, including gold/rhodium plated products, custom made ring sizes etc.
  9. All the complaints resulting from the production defects are possible only after the prior contact by means of telephone or e-mail. In case of full value products, each complaint shall be individually considered. Products of full value shall be returned, the Buyer bears all delivery costs.
  10. Silvexcraft.de reserves the right to cancel or change a part or all order in exceptional circumstances. Customer will be notified.

• Sale - terms and conditions
  1. The available payment method is bank wire transfer or credit card payment(PayPal - 3.4% surcharge fee will apply). You order will be shipped once the payment has been received and cleared and your order is ready for shipping.
  2. Other payment methods may be accepted after mutual agreement of both sides of the transaction.
  3. You can choose type of document: invoice or receipt - available at check out.
